Cancellation Policy
Your appointment must be cancelled or changed at least TWO hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
There is also a 10 min late policy, 10 minutes or later you will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 50% of the service booked.
